  • Leading up to the drop, make sure you have all of your Meant2Be Style Quiz answers ready. At the time of the drop, refresh the website, choose your bundle, fill out the Meant2Be style quiz, add your add-ons, and check out! Be on time because it can sell out fast! After submitting, Meant2Be spends about 4 weeks sourcing your pieces, and your bundle will be shipped within that timeframe.

  • 4 Types: The Meant2Be Monthly, The Meant2Be Edit, The Meant2Be Refresh, and The Meant2Be Special. Learn more about each one on the Style Bundles tab!

  • I release 15 personalized style bundle slots at the beginning of each month, as well as 5 monthly Meant2Be curated bundles. It’s first-come, first-served. Be on time because spots fill up fast! The first 20 people get bundles!

  • I post most often on TikTok and Instagram (@shopmeant2be on all socials). Those are the best places to catch announcements about drops.

  • We do not give exchanges or refunds because we spend a month picking pieces directly from your inspo and quality-checking each piece. In rare circumstances, you can DM us with a claim, and we will refund you based only for undisclosed damage or sizing issues.

  • You can reach us anytime via Instagram or TikTok DM. We aim to respond quickly, usually within one business day.

Policies

Condition Disclaimer + Cleaning Policy

All Meant2Be pieces are thrifted. Because these items have been previously loved, minor signs of wear or small imperfections may be present and are considered a normal part of buying secondhand clothing.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that minor wear is to be expected. All clothing is inspected and cleaned before being packaged.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the curated and personalized nature of Meant2Be bundles, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you receive an item with undisclosed damage that was not mentioned or visible before shipping, you may request a refund for that item.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos showing the undisclosed damage.

Refunds are issued only for the affected item, not the entire bundle. Normal signs of wear consistent with secondhand or vintage clothing are not considered undisclosed damage.

Shipping Policy

Bundles ship within 4 weeks after purchase. Shipping is done through USPS or UPS, whichever is cheaper, and is reflected in each bundle price. Tracking information is provided after shipment.

Meant2Be is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or the date the package was expected to arrive). We'll work with you to help investigate the issue and, if applicable, assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Sizing Policy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing.

  • Bundles are curated based on the size(s) selected.

  • Fit may vary between brands and vintage items.

  • Returns are not accepted due to fit preferences.

Style Preferences

  • We do our best to match your Pinterest board, mood board, and preferences.

  • Due to thrift inventory, exact items or replicas cannot be guaranteed.

  • Every bundle is unique and curated using currently available inventory.

Order Policy

  • Orders can be modified after they are placed. Meant2Be will reach out to you using the phone number you provided to confirm your order and information.

  • Failure to respond to the text will delay you order.
