A collaborative concept, Twist Miss, set out to reimagine classic hot chocolate as an adult indulgence. The challenge was to balance the comfort and nostalgia of a childhood favorite with a more mature, playful twist.

Insight
Nostalgic products don’t have to stay frozen in childhood—there’s a growing appeal in experiences that “grow up” with their audience. By blending familiarity with subtle irreverence, the brand can feel both comforting and exciting.

Big Idea
Position Twist Miss as a witty, grown-up take on hot chocolate—where cozy nostalgia meets a playful edge, inviting customers to reconnect with a childhood favorite in a more indulgent, adult way.

Process
Worked collaboratively to define the tone—playful, witty, and nostalgic without feeling childish. Explored references from childhood treats, vintage packaging, and modern beverage branding to find the right balance. Iterated on naming, copy, and visual direction simultaneously to ensure they reinforced each other. Refined the final system to feel cohesive, ensuring the brand delivered on its core idea: a nostalgic favorite, reimagined for who you are now.
